* realm forums - maintain positive presence there

* PuGs - be careful, but recognize good players if they are there and check for interest

* PuG day? to get members out in the open and seeing non-guild players?

* treat healers like gold...

* create recruitment officer position - someone who is often on, well-known, respected on server, committed to growing guild

* how to weed out 'bad apples'/negative attitudes? esp. with group recruits? how to turn down players who aren't ready for content without putting them off forever?
- we are not the guild to get you kara geared...
- though obviously kara badge clears are good... maybe use kara as a test ground for potential recruits; even if they need some gear, if they can prove themselves in there, let em have what they need and join em up?
